LIFT-New York Announces Three New Board Members 

 

Bronx, NY (May 25, 2022)- LIFT-New York is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members, Azlina Wetmore with Capital One, Bari Goldmacher with Bloom Capital and Dr. Peggy Roberts with Trust Women’s Healthcare.

Azlina Wetmore heads the Policy & Innovation organization at Capital One. Her work cuts across policy, governance, and assurance related to Credit Risk within the Commercial Bank and Market Liquidity Risks for Capital One. She has two decades of driving transformative programs leveraging technology. Prior to joining Capital One, Azlina held several leadership roles in Credit Suisse US, Singapore and Malaysia. Azlina qualified as a Barrister in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters in Commercial Law. She is a graduate of Cambridge and Warwick Universities.  

Bari Goldmacher is currently the Vice President Recruiter and Account Manager at Bloom Capital Management, a global recruiting firm specializing in placing technology, finance, sales and real estate professionals who make an immediate impact to the business across industries. Prior to working for Bloom Capital, Bari spent several years as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. She attended the Horace Mann School in the Bronx and graduated from the Sophie Newcombe College at Tulane University. 

Dr. Peggy Roberts is a board certified and New York licensed Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has spent over a decade caring for women of all ages. She has extensive experience in preventative medicine for women, high risk pregnancies, sexual medicine and aesthetics. Dr. Roberts’ passion and dedication to providing the utmost care to women has led her to opening her own practice, Trust Women’s Healthcare.  Dr. Roberts holds a bachelors, Master of Science and Doctorate degrees and received her training from the largest health system in the New York tri-state area. Dr. Roberts has received extensive training in obstetrics, women’s health, minimally invasive procedures and aesthetics.
