Perks & Benefits

Paid Time Off

LIFTers receive four weeks (20 days) of PTO to start, one floating holiday, the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, and the first week of July off. We also provide all Federal holidays plus Caesar Chavez day off!

Comprehensive Health Plans

We’ve got your healthcare covered so you can work with peace of mind. LIFT covers 100% of the employee coverage and 75% for partners and dependents.

Professional Development

Each team receives a budget to invest in their team members’ continuing education – from books and events to conferences and e-learning.

Parental Leave

LIFTers can immediately start contributing towards their 403b retirement savings program through TIAA. After one year with LIFT, you receive up to a 5% match.
