At LIFT, Gina Gendusa is responsible for managing LIFT-Philadelphia’s two offices in North and West Philadelphia. This includes program development, implementation and evaluation, client service delivery, supervision of Site Coordinators, and oversight of volunteer management and training of university students and interns.
Gina LIFTs because she feels passionately about directly tackling the issues of poverty and social inequalities in a sincere and supportive manner, just as LIFT does.
Prior to coming to LIFT, Gina worked in the social service sector in a variety of clinical settings including providing counseling and case management in community mental health agencies and psychological evaluations in an ER. While working in the field of community development, she also gained experience in grants management, program evaluation, and social impact measurement. Gina holds a Master’s in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Montana. Originally from Seattle, she has thoroughly enjoyed living on the east coast for the past six years.
