2018 would not have been complete without LIFT-Chicago celebrating the heart and soul of our program: our members and their families. On Saturday, December 16 we did just that by hosting our annual LIFT-Chicago Family Holiday Party at the Jackson Park Fieldhouse in the Woodlawn community.
Staff, coaches and members all gathered to enjoy soul food and an array of deliciously sweet desserts! The party was complete with cookie decorating, a tree decorating craft and a whimsical family photoshoot which members received as a digital holiday card via e-mail.
LIFT-Chicago was able to give each parent a self-care kit complete with all of the necessities to make it through yet another busy holiday season and every kid received a wrapped book as a gift!
Cheers to everyone who made the LIFT-Chicago Member Family Holiday Party a success. Here’s to another great year of accomplishing goals!
